The Burren Smokehouse
Commission for The Burren Smokehouse working alongside Yvette Monahan. The Burren Smokehouse was established by Birgitta & Peter Curtin in 1989. We were commissioned by them to capture their shared passion for the incredible landscape that surrounds them, being out at sea and the long standing tradition of smoking salmon in both Sweden and Ireland. Through a process of craft, knowledge and a deep sense of place, they have together built a family business which has since attracted the attention of customers like Fortnum & Mason, Harrods and Selfridges.
